Chris offers in-person and virtual appointments for individual therapy. She works mostly with adults but also provides services for adolescents who are dealing with LGBTQ+ and gender identity issues, recognizing the unfortunate lack of high quality care for those individuals statewide

Gender Affirming Surgery Letters
Many trans people require letters from mental health professionals to access gender affirming surgery. Chris provides these letters for her active clients at no additional charge. For people who just need a letter and not ongoing therapy, Chris provides these letters after one assessment session at a reduced fee as a service to the trans community.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Chris has additional training and expertise in psychedelic assisted therapy which can help clients integrate the insights and experiences they have on their journeys into meaningful changes in their “real life” whether they are participating in medically supervised Ketamine treatments or using recreational psychedelics.

Clinical Supervision
Chris provides clinical supervision for Social Workers licensed in Texas as an LMSW who are seeking LCSW licensure. Please reach out to consult about your supervision needs to see if we are a good fit to work together for this lengthy and personalized process

Expanding Minds Therapy offers several payment options to meet the needs of their clients. Chris can also provide referrals to lower cost therapy providers if finances are a barrier for you in accessing care.
