Podcast Recommendations

Anyone who knows me will tell you, I love podcasts! Some of my playlist is news, some is just for entertainment, but many are mental health related because, well, that’s what I’m into. I’m always trying to educate myself, but I’m also quite busy, so podcasts are a great format for me. I love that I can multi-task by listening and learning while I’m also driving or doing housework. Here are some great mental health and psychology themed podcasts that I enjoy and recommend. Remember to take care and use discretion when listening. Podcasts are a great tool, but are not a substitute for personalized individual therapy with a qualified mental health professional. As with any advice, take and use only what’s helpful for you and consistent with your personal values. All of these are free to listen with advertisements. If you’re new to podcasts and need a tutorial on how to get started, here is a good article that can help. I listen via Spotify, but there are many podcast players available.
